The Complex Care Service provides comprehensive healthcare assessments, healthcare plans, and advice for people with intellectual disability aged 15 years of age or above.
The service runs a multidisciplinary health clinic every Thursday for people that need additional health support and guidance.
Complex Care Service Team:
- Dr Jessica Murphy is a General Practitioner (GP) who has a special interest in managing patients with intellectual disability and improving their health outcomes.
- Jennifer Brennen is a registered nurse with extensive experience working in the disability sector, as well as in mental health and aged care.
- Abby Watt is an Occupational Therapist and has a strong interest in the disability field. With many years of expertise, she also serves as the manager of the service.
- Georgie Morton is a Physiotherapist and has always had a passion for healthcare, disability and supporting vulnerable people.
Referrals:
We accept referrals from the person’s GP, health professional, service provider or family/primary carer.
